Infinite Key Retention

For "Hardware" Secure Operation type, enables the radio to permanently store encryption keys, even when the radio's battery is removed or when the radio is reprogrammed.

When disabled, UKEK (Unique Key Encryption Key) encryption keys are erased or retained according to the setting of the Infinite UKEK Retention field. When both fields are disabled, all encryption keys are erased whenever the radio’s battery is removed or when the radio is reprogrammed.

	When the Secure Operation field is set to "Advanced Digital Privacy", this field must be enabled; otherwise the CPS considers it invalid. For the "Advanced Digital Privacy" Secure Operation type, Infinite Key Retention is always the rule, except for a radio in the Radio Inhibit state where Enhanced ADP Key Erase on Radio Inhibit has been "Enabled".
	When this feature is enabled, enabling the Infinite UKEK Retention field causes that field to become invalid. These two features are mutually exclusive.

When the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware" or "Advanced Digital Privacy", and

when the radio is model / option capable.
